Meet Sam (Samantha) Buettner: Owner and Baker

Sam's baking journey began at a young age, watching her mother and other family members cook and bake in the kitchen. She went from box mixes to creating from scratch desserts, cupcakes and cakes. After developing health issues, Sam transitioned to a plant-based diet and vegan life- style. The love of good food that you can feel good about eating, is something that drives Sam to continue to create new flavors and treats. Sam's Vegan Kitchen would not be what it is today without the love and support from friends, family and customers. 

When Sam isn't baking, she is working as an assessment counselor for a local treatment center. She is a licensed professional counselor and is an advocate for mental health and substance abuse awareness. She also enjoys traveling, Zumba, reading, concerts, and spending time with friends, family and her furbaby Loki.
